unintended consequences:

We know that initiatives help people do their work so much better, so for the bus drivers we need to give them some initiatives like with money, you could tell that at the end of the month the driver (bus) that got more passengers could get a price or be the driver of the month and the diver who is driver of the month more time in a year gets a family trip payed for 4 days of gets more vacation time that the other drivers. also we can say that the company may give the driver that gets more passengers that they will give him a new bus instead of the bus he had.
